Landlee

Building

Landlee is a job-hunting assistant built with React (Vite) on the frontend and Node.js/Express on the backend. Paste a job posting link and it uses Claude to extract structured details, draft a tailored cover letter, CV notes, and follow-up emails from your resume, and send email/SMS reminders for approaching deadlines and applications that need a follow-up.

  • Paste a job link to auto-extract title, company, requirements, and deadline via Claude
  • "Save to Landlee" Chrome extension for one-click saving from any job posting tab, including login-gated sites like LinkedIn
  • Generate tailored cover letters, CV notes, and follow-up emails grounded in your saved resume and CV profile
  • Automated deadline email/SMS reminders (3 / 1 days out) plus a one-time follow-up nudge after a configurable number of days
  • Status pipeline tracking from saved through applied, follow-up, interviewing, offer, or rejected
  • Sortable, filterable jobs table with customizable columns, bulk actions, and Excel export
  • Dashboard with at-a-glance stats and monthly trend, status breakdown, and deadline miss-rate charts
  • Company-level tracking grouping every job you've applied to at the same employer
  • Passkey sign-in, active session management, and role-based Admin access
